Principal Consultants
Kurai brings over twenty years of international management, social entrepreneurship and leadership experience. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Master of Business Administration degree, a Master of Arts (Leadership and Management) degree and a Doctorate degree in leadership. Holds the postgraduate CMI Level 7 Professional Consulting Certificate. Chartered Institute of Management, UK. A South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) certified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator of outcome based learning. Completing the Design and Development of Materials course. A Member of the Association for Skills Development in South Africa, the Chartered Management Institute (UK), and the Institute of Management Consultancy of South Africa and a member of the Association of Skills Development Facilitators of South Africa and is completing a Level 7 Consultancy certificate with the Chartered Management Institute (UK).
Lena is a social entrepreneur and business development facilitator. She holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Masters in Leadership and Management. She is a certified intermediate and advanced trainer for a computerized accounts software PASTEL version 12. She is also a certified ILO trainer for practical management for small businesses. The courses include how to generate your business idea, how to start your business, and how to improve your business. Topics covered include how to develop a business plan, marketing, people management, record keeping, buying and stock control.
